Call us at (315) 366-3700 to book your visit. New patient appointments are available throughout the week.
Arrive a Little Early
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of current medications. New patients will complete some paperwork during check-in.
Your Visit
Your provider will review your health history, discuss any concerns, and create a personalized plan tailored to your goals and needs.
Insurance & Payments
We accept most major insurance plans. Please call us ahead of your visit to confirm participation with your specific plan — we're happy to help verify coverage.
Office Hours
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After-hours concerns can be addressed by calling our main line and following the prompts.
Pharmacy Refills
Need a prescription refill? Call us at least 48 hours in advance so we can review your medications and send the update to your pharmacy in time.
